Delivery Time Expectations:

Delivery times usually range from 20 to 40 minutes, depending on distance, time of day, and traffic.

• When you order directly from our website, your delivery is handled by our own drivers, which gives us more control over timing and communication.
  
• Orders placed through third-party apps may take longer due to driver availability or platform-related delays.
  

While we always aim to get your food to you fresh and fast, actual times can vary — especially during peak hours or weekends.

All fees will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Pickup Orders:

If you’re nearby, pickup is a great way to get your food at its freshest.

• We'll notify you when your order is ready
• We recommend showing up 5 minutes early
• If you arrive 15–20 minutes after your food is marked ready, we may not be able to remake it or guarantee the same quality

We carefully prepare and pack every order, but once it leaves our kitchen, timing and handling are in the hands of the delivery driver.

• If you ordered through a third-party app, please contact them directly for any issues such as late delivery, missing items, or delivery to the wrong address
